Bahan: 200 ml whipped cream 150 ml susu cair segar 30 gr gula pasir 1/2 batang vanilli bourbon, kerat², ambil isinya (batangnya bisa juga dimasukkan ke dlm rebusan utk memperkuat aroma) 3/4 – 1 bungkus agartin atau 1-2 lembar gelatin halal buah strwaberry yg ranum sebagai saus
Cara membuat: 1. Jika pakai gelatin lembaran, rendam gelatin di dlm air dingin hingga layu. Jika memakai Agartin, campur bubuk ini ke dlm susu dan whipped cream. 2. Campur susu, whipped cream, gula, vanili serta Agartin. Masak dgn api sedang sambil diaduk². Jika memakai gelatin lembaran, masak susu, whipped cream, gula serta vanili dgn api sedang sambil diaduk². Jika adonan susu sdh benar² tercampur, matikan api. Ambil gelatin yg sdh layu dari dlm air, peras sedikit dan masukkan ke dlm adonan ini. Adukt rata. 3. Siapkan loyang atau cetakan (lebih baik cetakan dari gelas atau keramik). Cuci sebentar dgn air dingin. Setelah itu tuang adonan susu ke dlmnya. Letakkan di dlm kulkas selama minimal 2 jam. 4. Sementara itu buat saus dgn cara diblender. Pannacotta siap utk disantap.
